Bad experience
1. My receipt showed I had ordered a “medium”. Apparently this means medium adult when I thought I had ordered a medium child. 2. Order took 10 days to arrive, so no time to fix it before Christmas 3. There is a 30% “restocking fee”. Which I had to pay even when exchanging for the smaller size. 4. They refunded 70% of my order and told me to order a new pj set. The only problem was they took 70% of another smaller order, so I didn’t get the full refund I was owed. 5. The pj bottoms were soft, but the top was too rough to be a sleep shirt. 6. I was unable to reach anyone by phone, even during times they said they were “open.”

Great pajamas
These pajamas were a gift. They arrived in good time, and were well packaged. They are soft and comfortable. The fit is true to size, and they have washed well (cold, inside out). The logo has remained intact and has not been damaged by washing/drying.
